It is equipped with eccentric and hydraulic presses from 25 to 315 tons. The workshop is arranged also with sheet-curving machines with length up to 3000 mm and thickness up to 4 mm, pipe curving machines for pipes with diameter from 14 to 45 mm. |

Equipped with spot-welding machines SCHLATTER - Pgl2.1/6/B for production of nets with diameter of wire from 2.5 to 5 mm, spacing pitch divisible to 25 mm, width 1100 mm and length up to 3000 mm; specialized welding machine SCHLATTER -MG 911 with CNC for welding of nets for metal constructions of wire with diameter from 2.5 mm to 7 mm with maximum dimensions - width 1000 mm and length up to 2000 mm, depending on the type of construction. The workshop is equipped also with wire straightening machines for wire with diameter from 2.5 to 12 mm. The factory also disposes wire welding machine CFM 1020 -TWR-2D with CNC for bending open and closed outlines with dimensions 1000 x 1000 mm. |

HAll welding operations under MIG/MAG, TIG methods and basic fitter - assembling are implemented in it. Welding is realized with welding machines with power from 150 to 350 A, and 200 ampere TIG devices "ESAAB". |

The company has three semi-automatic transfer lines for electrostatic powder coating. The coating is realized with powder epoxy-polyester dye after surface pretreatment: degreasing, pickling and phosphatizing. The capacity of coating is 32 square meters per hour. |

1. Warehouse for metals - covered premise 712 square meters area with capacity to 1000 ton.
2. Warehouse - equipment completion and fittings - 500 sq. meters.
